Jacó and its neighbors

Two things stand out. First, the cheapest option is not downtown: $900 a month gets you a whole 2 bedroom home in Quebrada Amarilla. Second, a private pool is possible on a modest budget if you live outside the center, as the new home in Playa Agujas shows at $1,600 a month.

Downtown or the quieter side: where to live in Jacó

The choice comes down to how you want to spend a normal Tuesday.

• 🏙️ Downtown Jacó suits people who want restaurants, shops and the supermarket close by and don't need much space. Our two downtown rentals are 1 bedroom apartments.
• 🔒 A gated community in Jacó suits remote workers who want a pool, security and fast internet included. The furnished 1 bedroom has all three, with fiber internet.
• 🌿 Quebrada Amarilla and Playa Agujas suit couples and small families who want a house, a yard or a private pool, and don't mind being outside the busy center.
