Our three Los Sueños vacation rentals go from $575 a night for a 3-bedroom ocean-view condo in Del Mar, to $1,100 a night for a 6-bedroom private villa, and $2,600 a night for Casa Maverick, a 7-bedroom villa inside Vista Tres Bahías.

Can I rent long-term in Los Sueños?

Yes. Inside the resort, a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury condo with ocean views and golf course access is $6,500 a month. Just outside, in Herradura and Punta Leona, our long-term rentals run from $1,900 a month for a 2-bedroom condo to $3,500 for a 3-bedroom ocean-view villa with a private pool.

Are there homes for sale near Los Sueños?

Three right now. Inside the resort, Montebello: a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo with marina and ocean views, pool and jacuzzi, at $1,100,000 (it's also the condo we rent at $6,500 a month).
